The educational process involves the following steps:
- Defining aims and objectives;
- Free demo lesson;
- Free testing to determine level of knowledge;
- Forming groups;
- Developing training programmes for each group or individually for a student;
- Developing a training plan;
- Monitoring the quality of the course.
Classes are held either at Oxford Klass on the customer’s premises.
Our Quality Control Programme has an elaborate system for monitoring the whole learning process. It includes:
- Pass-through system of testing knowledge, which allows both students and their teachers to track progress;
- After completing the programme students receive an Oxford Klass certificate (if they pass the final test successfully);
- Provision of a detailed monthly report on the student’s success and attendance;
- Term surveys of compliance with the student’s expected results.
Types of Course
- Group work (a group of 6-8 people is recommended). When the level of English is elementary - no more than 6 people in a group;
- Individual lessons in Business English;
- Intensive 3 or 5-day seminars with total immersion in the language environment.
Recommended Schedule of Classes
- At least 4 hours per week for group classes;
- At least 2 hours per week for individual classes;
- Not less than 30 hours for intensive seminars.
